Our 60-day promise

Skincare rewards consistency, so we give you room to be consistent. Use Melóvia daily for up to 60 days — if your skin doesn't feel calmer and more comfortable, contact us for a full refund of your most recent order. You don't need to send back an empty bottle to qualify.

How to start a return or refund

Email jay@jayjmilne.com with your order number and a short note about what didn't work for you. We'll reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.

Returns

If we ask you to return an item, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to send it back. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Refunds

Once your request is approved, we'll refund the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where an order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return required.

Subscriptions

If you're on a subscribe-and-save plan, you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time before your next order is processed. Manage your plan from your account or email us and we'll take care of it. [Placeholder: confirm subscription terms once subscribe-and-save is live.]
