We want your Melóvia to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are printed, packed, and fulfilled by our US-based fulfilment partner.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free US shipping applies to multi-bottle bundles.

Tracking your order

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. If it hasn't updated within a couple of days, please give the carrier a little time to scan the parcel — it usually catches up.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, email us at jay@jayjmilne.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipping.
